• The study shouldn’t be previously published.
• Abstract shouldn’t be more than 300 words.
• Format of Abstract:
Research work: Title with authors & affiliations, Background, Objective, Methodology, Results, Discussion,Conclusion, key words
Rare Case reports: Title with authors & affiliations, Clinical Presentation, Investigations, Intervention/management, Outcome/Conclusion, key words
Concept maps: (preferably for Last semester B.Pharm and PharmD till 3rd year students)-
Title with authors & affiliations, Research question, Background, Objectives, Strategies to attain objectives, Expected Outcome, key words
• Abstracts must be submitted via online mode only. Abstracts sent by e-mail will not be considered.

Oral/Podium Presentation Guideline
• Number of slides: 10-12.
• Format: Title (upper case), abstract ID, background, objective, methodology, results, discussion, conclusion and references
• Presentation time allotted: 7 minutes Presentation & 2 minutes for Question-Answer (Extra time may affect the scoring)

Poster Presentation Guideline
• The poster size should be 48‘’(L) X 36’’(W) in portrait format.
• There is no e-poster presentation. Kindly print and bring your posters.
