Guidelines


ABSTRACT SHOULD BE SUBMITTED USING ONLINE SUBMISSION FORM ONLY.

  •  Abstracts should be submitted only after prior permission from presenting author’s HOD/HOI
  •  Abstracts must be in British English.
  • Abstracts should be unpublished results.
  •  Abstracts must be no more than 300 words, excluding the title, name(s) and institutes/companies of the authors and co-authors and keywords.
  •  All co-authors must be listed with complete affiliation.
  • All listed co-authors must have reviewed the abstract and accepted responsibility for its contents.
  • Abstract titles should not include phone numbers, emails or website addresses.
  •  No images, tables, graphs, citations or end notes are permitted in the abstract.
  •  Once submitted, NO changes are allowed in the content of the abstract.
  •  It is authors responsibility to check the grammar and spellings before they submit the abstract. Significant mistakes in this regard may be liable to the rejection of abstract.
  •  By submitting the abstract, author confirms that the work followed ethics of research and does not contain any plagiarism.

Abstract should contain following sub headings :
  1. Title, Authors (* for presenting author) and affiliations.
  2. Objectives (You may include a short statement of your hypothesis.)
  3. Method (Explain the methods like study design, Inclusion/exclusion criteria, study site, outcome measure etc.)
  4. Results
  5. Conclusion (What were your overall findings? Are the objective/s met?)
  6. Keywords
